The Field Station fees will increase on 1 July 2024, but they will include the cleaning costs. The new rates will be posted by 28 June 2024.
The Teaching Facility (“Campground”) sleeps 28 people in bunks in open-air lean-to cabins. It is available March-October. Usage fees are $15 per person per night, plus an $80 cleaning fee. You can check availability and request a booking on our Reservations page. Groups should read the facility rules in the Teaching Facility User Manual before making a booking.
The Campground includes
- A modern bathhouse with handicap accessibility;
- A fully equipped and enclosed group kitchen area;
- An attached open-air, covered pavilion for meals and teaching, including microscopes and storage cabinets;
- A wet prep area;
- A fire pit with seating;
- White boards;
- High-speed wireless internet and cable.
