- Research Station - East Wing (Big House); $30/ person/ night + $50 cleaning*
- Research Station - West Wing (Small House); $30/ person/ night + $40 cleaning*
- Research Station - Laboratory; $35 cleaning*
- Teaching Facility (Campground); $15/ person/ night + $80 cleaning
*The cleaning fee for the Research Station is reduced to $101 total when all three spaces are reserved: East Wing, West Wing, and Lab.
